My parents/ Family own their business and they build connections with all there customers but it gets overwhelming, we are busy 24/7 and if you cannot wait and be patient then simply do not come. We want to get you out of the nail salon looking pretty as much as you do but the rudeness and arguing is not needed, we want to build a happy environment but it goes both way.
